To Duane Perkins Family, I am so sorry for your loss but I know he had a wonderful life on Sycamore Drive. My dad Trevor Baugh thought a lot of your mother & dad. I tried to knock on the door on Sycamore but noone answered. I have lost my dad Trevor, Maxine, Trevor Jr and Vanessa now. I would love to hear from one on you kids if you have time. Steve, how are you? Long time no see. I hope you get this message. Thinking of you all, fondly, Rhoda - ()

May 13, 2013 was my Dads wake, let me tell ya Dennis could not have made us more comfortable then what he did. He paid attention to all the details, large and small; under the circumstances it is a comfort to have someone looking over these things. We had 90+ attend the wake and many people asked me if we personally knew Dennis and those who worked for him, I said no but that's how they treated all of us. - ()

I recently attended a funeral in Lonsdale handled by your funeral home and as we left town and headed for the cemetery on the hill we could see very plainly the the ground removal machine parked on the right in the cemetery and the ground truck at the other end , very poor taste and disturbing . - ()

Do not use this service. The San Juan office does not exist, it is only a number. Do not listen to the sob story of Leo B. he is being investigated. DO NOT USE THEM PLEASE. Rating -10. - ()

My sister-in-law used this funeral home to handle my brother’s service. First of all their parking is not good most people had to park on the street. Unlike most funeral home there was no direction given when we were getting ready before the service to live the funeral procession. There was no escort to control the traffic on the hwy nor at any intersection it was non-existent. When we arrive at the grave site they were still putting the thing together. I know that the flowers don’t mean anything to these workers but you would have thought that since the family was there watching they would show some respect but all they did was throw them on the ground. Now my sister-in-law got all this respect for a cost of over $7,800.00. So I would advise you to go somewhere besides Wilson Funeral Home Tyronza Ar. PS it would be advisable for this director to be sent somewhere to be Retrained - ()

I am astonished by just how unprofessional this funeral home truly is. I'm so glad there are other options in this small town. Compassion, professionalism, and consideration are so important during times that require their services and while attending a funeral I saw and heard the manner in which a dear loved one of the deceased was treated and I still wonder why they haven't reported them or that awful place hasn't been shut down. Not up to par with the kind of funeral home my family uses, I can't see why anyone's family would suffer through their rudeness and coldness. - ()

Tacky and tasteless. Asked for payment up front while were 150 miles out by car (we didn't know this when we started out on our trip) At graveside in front of priest even, claimed that casket was cheaper veneer version than used for another family member although the funeral home that embalmed the deceased cited model numbers were exact and the price had not changed in 9 years (that means Henney overcharged us 9 years ago). Would NEVER recommend this group. - ()

Nastiest funeral home I have EVER been in my entire life in 2009! No AC and the smell of the body from the back room was horrible. It was so nasty that most of the family had to stay outside. I've heard it opened up again in 2011, but, I never plan to enter that place EVER again. Nasty, Nasty. I can't even give it 1 star. - ()

My deepest sympathy to the family of John Jay Schnurer. My heart goes out to the family. I will always remember John Jay with his big smile and always funny whenever he came to the house to see my kids, Dino, Fabio, Andrea and Lisa. He is gone too soon, but God bless him and my prayers are with you. Love from all the Goglia family. - ()

I will forever be thanking for this funeral home. When my dad passed suddenly. I had no idea what i was doing. I called this funeral home and Peter helped me in every which way possible. He made things just a little bit easier for me. At such a difficult time! - ()

The Kubina Yuhasz Wasco Boardman Chapel arranged the funeral for my father, George Chuey. They were professional, kind, thorough and understanding. They walked us through all the details, handled everything beautifully and were wonderful during this difficult time. Thank you to the Kubina Yuhasz Wasco funeral home for all your great work! - ()

Laura Sussman is the most compassionate person. She has the most difficult job and yet she does it with great poise and all effortlessly. Laura knows her bussiness well and is incredible at her job. She was always available to talk and ask questions and took care of everything you asked her. She made you feel at ease and comfortable knowing that your loved one would be taken care of with the most tender loving care. I highly recommend Kraft-Sussman to everyone. - ()

First this place is dated, I dont think it has been renovated since the 70's the furniture is filthy and it smells of Cigarretes. They switch the prices and place add ons in the middle of services. My Aunt was laid out in this place and I told my relatives to never use this place again. - ()

This funeral home proudly serves American Terrorist! The owner, Peter Stefan, justifies his actions based on the fact that people such as Lee Harvey Oswald, Timothy McVeigh, and Ted Bundy received funerals as well. What Stefan forgets is that Tameraln Tsarnaev was not and American citizen. If you use this funeral home, you are supporting a business that supports terrorism! - ()
