I am astonished by just how unprofessional this funeral home truly is. I'm so glad there are other options in this small town. Compassion, professionalism, and consideration are so important during times that require their services and while attending a funeral I saw and heard the manner in which a dear loved one of the deceased was treated and I still wonder why they haven't reported them or that awful place hasn't been shut down.
