Terrible greedy money makers. My 21 yr old daughter died and the only concern was selling us two more plots at discount rate. But better her it now or somebody else could buy it and ur daughter would be by a stranger. They pushed my husband to buy two more plots for our daughters who are young and not know what there future is. I paid for a stone after a year of grief just two weeks ago. I paid up front and did not get a discount as promised. Every question I had as BOB was helping me go over my design was "not a good idea" it STILL is sitting on someone's desk not even ordered! Never ever again. I'm requesting a refund!! They got my 5 thousand and sitting on it! - ()

I have attended several funerals at your chapel within several months. Facilities are excellent but would like to make a suggestion. For the funerals that have an overflow into the foyer there should be some kind of audio so all can hear the services. Also, additional chairs set up for old people like me who cannot stand for a long period of time. Only suggestions but sure would help. - ()

My family has been going to Ingrassia funeral Home since my grandfather's passing in the early 80's. Anthony Ingrassia and his wife are wonderful people, very caring and helpful. We will use there services as long as my family lives in NY state. - ()

Nothing like making a difficult time harder. My friend was buried yesterday and Tom, the owner of this funeral home told the deceased's best friend that he was going to hell and that he, as well as myself and other friends and family members were not welcome at the burial per the request of people that did not pay for the services. Later they apologized and said they didn't realize who had paid them but its too late. My friend is in the ground and we did not get to attend the burial. - ()

This is the most unprofessional, uncaring and sloppy organization I have ever encountered. "F" rating with BBB they have been reprimanded by the Oregon Board of Mortuary. Many many unhappy customers! - ()

I'm so glad that I made the decision of having Anna Bongiovi help us plan and go through the funeral arrangements for my mother. The courtesy, respect and professionalism showed were outstanding to say the least. Although Anna was absent her reflection was on Eve, whom I couldn’t thank enough for making us feel as if my mom were her own. Wayne thank you for greeting our friends and families plus attending to all our needs. From the moment this process started until the end the utmost respect, reverence and care was all that was shown from this funeral home staff. Anthony thank you for taking my mom to her final resting place with such class. Thank you will never be enough to say how appreciative we are and always will be - ()

Why is this funeral home still allowed to service funerals based on cases in Columbus, Ms. against its unjust, immoral obligations and cases from customers? - ()

Our family has been taken care of by this funeral home for 40 years or more and we've never had a complaint. Mr. Lummis makes the entire ordeal easier and helps with so many of the minute details. - ()

I was very impressed with the professional services provided for my family, and the services rendered to my deceased aunt Carolyn Davis on April 5, 2014. The facility is beautiful and the service was excellent ..it made our family transition a lot more comforting during this difficult time. And on behalf of my family I would like to say thank you very much. - ()

My family and I went to Charles J. O'Shea funeral home in Wantagh and were treated with the upmost respect from the initial phone call. My Grandmother was very sick, which worried us, but she looked fantastic. We gave them our most memorable pictures of her and they made a beautiful slideshow. During the visitation the staff was accommodating and always in sight if we needed anything. After church the limousine driver had coffee and rolls for us. These little touches made all the differences in our great time of loss. - ()

Thanks to everyone at Virgil T Golden. Our WWII veteran father could not have been better taken care of. Cindy Buckner took care of all arrangements professionally and kindly. My family highly recommends. Thank you, Kare - ()

I found this establishment very difficult to work with in such a hard time of my life. The only thing a funeral home should provide is comfort and understanding. Not show a terrible attitude and ignorance. Shame on them! - ()

I tried to leave a condolence message for the Bennington family, but could only find where I could leave a card for $6.90. I will try later, but was disappointed that I couldn't since we will be out of town for the service. - ()
