I would like to express a sincere thanks to R & Q for their wonderful compassion and support during our time of need. They have a wonderful staff and they only aim to please. I would recommend them to anyone. - (MICHELLE OWENS)
Brown & Young staff is very unprofessional ,lady answer the phone is very rude and nasty.Owners, are old and need to retire. I would not recommend this funeral home to anyone at anytime - (Alma )
I attended the services of Vicki Pittman yesterday and was very disappointed in your services. With today technology you should have known due to the weather, there will have to be a DELAYED BURIAL. The family should not had to put through that long ride from the church to Washington Memory Gardens walk in the mud and standing water to be told this. The Family entrusted you to make this a less painful experience as possible. But LEAKS & Sons let the family and friends down. I will never use your services or refer you to any one. This was very insensitive on Leaks & Sons!!!!!!!! - (Wanda Foster)
I recently can to knowledge of your funeral home through the media and the story regarding grieving parents attempted theft of their deceased son's ashes. I recently lost my infant son. I am disgusted with your funeral home. The funeral home that handled our son's services and cremation did not charge us a dime. They refused to accept any type of payment. Our of respect for us and what they recognized as such a significant loss they were willing to take the financial loss. Mesa Funeral Home in Grand Junction Colorado. You should take a lesson from them!!! It was an amazing gift to us to comfort us. Mr. Edgar Rodriguez to you personally, to say in your interview that you hope the family is able to find closure in their theft and not being able to get the sons ashes out of the country is terrible. That was a very mean and hurtful thing to say. How dare you use manipulation of grieve of these people's son to support your cause. And really you think you are a compassionate man to offer to reduce the fee. You should have never mentioned charging them in the first place!!!! I also understand how funeral homes work. They are a business and therefore need to make a profit. I have immediate family members who own and operate a funeral home. You sir only care about profit in the business. Your business clearly has no compassion for it's customers. This would be the last place on earth I would allow my loved ones to be handled. - (April Joyner)
I just want to thank you guys for a wonderful job you did for me . If it was not for toms help nothing would have gone right .I live in las vegas and had to buried my father and mother and the things he did were suppose to be done at my end by our funeral home ,and they would not do it so I want to thank you very much for your help Diane Azzaro. - (Diane Azzaro)
The sympathy flowers where more beautiful than on the picture. Very fresh and the arrangement was just wonderful.
I would buy from this store any time again with confidence.
Thanks for your outstanding and friendly service. - (Karin Hoxworth)
I hope I did not send a personal message to a friend which will appear in Morgan Jeffer's book on line. If I did, could you delete it. It was not nice and i would not want anyone to read it. - (cynthia comb)
On behalf of 8 daughters and a mother, we want to thank Coopers and Jake Hebdon for the wonderful, very professional services provided. Jake came to the house and picked up my father. From the minute he walked in the door he made my 80 year old very comfortable. We told her he was "Jake from State Farm", she knew that commercial well. Then I found out that I actually worked with his mother and had known all about his career change and adventures in his new career. From that point on he dealt very well addressing questions and answers to my mother instead of all the girls. He answered her questions in a way she understood. She was able to make her own decision with as much time as she needed. She chose cremation but, did not want the ashes at the service. He took our special pictures to the floral shop so flowers could be arranged around them. He also contacted the Veterans associations and set up the arrangements for the military service. He even took some calls throughout the couple days with last minute questions we each had. I am disabled and can not walk or stand for only a few minutes at a time. Cooper's have an elevator which makes it very convenient for anyone with ambulation difficulties. I was able to use a cane instead of a walker or wheelchair because of the elevator convenience. The room was large and our party fit in there nicely. We felt all together. Some funeral homes have 2 small rooms and the people in the back feel separated and blocked off. In those visual ability is poor as well as hearing what people are saying. We were told by a person in attendance that this was the best funeral they have attended. I agree, my 2 brother in laws were allowed to perform the service. The floral shop owner is a long time friend of my parents. Like I said, we appreciate everything they did to make this day easier for us and they succeeded. I would recommend Cooper's Funeral Home to anyone. - (Kendra Williams Moak)
We sure would of liked to have given Steve Doocy and family our sympathy as we watch him on Fox News everyday.
We now live in Arkansas, moving from White City Kansas 4 years ago.

Over the last 4 decades, the experienced team at Neptune Society has been assisting families, their loved ones as well as caregivers carry out final wishes in an affordable and dignified manner. - (ChristinaKrisnova)
This company's sales representative took horrible advantage of the guardian of my elderly mother, selling her a new funeral plan with new merchandise totaling almost 12000 without contacting Baldwin Fairchild to confirm the 1994 preneed contract they paid almost 9000 for. This was a horrible thing to do.They still have made no effort to refund the 4750 they should have refunded last year.I would never recommend dealing with a funeral home without researching to make sure this never haopens to your loved ones. - (Bill Pfitzer)
Am out of the area and now on the 2nd occaison have been unable to view a obituary or sign a memoriam...I understand the service here and preparation are abhorrent...This place should be nailed to the wall by their association or closed by the state...Shameful...Abhorrent... - (Oliver)
My name is Scott Greene and I own Greene Funeral Service in Gastonia,North Carolina. We had helped the funeral home on a death of a family that they were serving. We did all the paperwork, preping and had the deceased flown out to their funeral home. They did not pay us for our service.I would never trust them to handle anything for a family of mine.It is a poor thing when you can not trust a funeral home.So I would say watch out for them. - (Scott Greene)
This funeral home is in the process of a change in management. The new management is not as professional nor as compassionate as the former. I can say he managed to get my name wrong in the obituary for my father's funeral. I give 1star as there is no 0 star. - (Laura Alexander)
I paid for my husband a headstone from Dover Del, and when I got to see it they had only put a slab or should I say pillow stone down, Never could find out what happen I always got the run around,,,Still upset 16 years later..... - (Raiya Hancock)
Did service for a close relative at there new location near warrensville,Ohio. Building is nice and clean, but disappointed on employees followed up with family about further business once my loved one was in the ground and all checks cashed. They could do a lot better with their customer service. - (yolanda robindon)
This is a terrible Funeral Home. They do not know proper procedures for filing death certificates, the funeral director is downright nasty when asked for information. I could go on but there is not enough space to contain my disdain after an interaction with Anthony Mussmano. As far as a rating it would be 0 stars or maybe 00. - (Rose Vergara)
My friend services are Thursday the 9th of Jan. We live out of state and can't fine any info on him his name is Damon l Arrowwood age 55 can you help
