Funeral Home Reviews
I have never in my life been so DISGUSTED with a business. Absolute lack of class, dignity, honor, and respect! The proprietor made us feel second class - like we were a burden to his busy schedule, and business - rushing through details like we were in line for a burger and fries! He even made us feel like we were holding him up, like what he was doing was a favor for us. How can anyone remain in business without some empathy at a families time of suffering, and need for compassionate patience is beyond me. If I could rate him lower than 1 I would. And parking was terrible. - ()

On 12/5/12, I attended Ocie Sear's funeral. I'm not sure if you are aware of this, but as I sat there during the service, I vowed I would let you know. During the service, I became very, very upset with the noise coming from the office area. Do you realize that during Ocie's funeral, your phone rang THREE times. People came in and out multiple times. People were talking loud enough that I could hear their conversations in the service. I find it EXTREMELY disrespectful to the people who are grieving their loved ones. If that's going to be happening, at least shut the double doors!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - ()

Was called in to work on their Generator during hurricane Sandy. Generator is very old and parts would be difficult to find. located parts and found generator has furthr problems that dont warrent going any furthr. Customer does not return phone calls for payment. Made three calls to office and asnwering service keeps giving messages to client. No replies to messages inturn customer is avoiding payment for services provided. Poor business ethics. - ()

Our family specifically requested not to know the day/date of our mother's creamation. At the time we picked up our mother's cremains, the date was printed on the front of the envelope and there was a certificate identifying the date as well inside the envelope. Horrid, horrid people! - ()

Earl love took care of my ex sister in law and they did an absolute amazing job on how she looked, because she looked really bad at her death, Nice to deal with and very friendly. I would say this would be a great place to go in time of need. - ()

Len E. Ellis has been our family funeral director for many, many years. The professionalism, support, of both Len & Staff far exceeds most. I would recommend Len E. Ellis professional services to anyone who has lost a love one and wants a funeral director that cares. - ()

Brown's Funeral Service took care of my mother's service and it was absolutely beautiful. They were very courteous and professional, which made the situation very pleasant. Thank you so much. I recommend them to all the residents of Brunswick and surrounding counties. Job very well done! - ()

This establishment is an absolute farce and you should refrain from doing any business with them. They failed to secure a priest for my fathers funeral and seemed lost as to how to rectify their failure at our greatest moment of need. The general manager, Todd Noecker stayed in the office and did nothing to help. Our family is deeply disappointed with the lack of professionalism and care we were afforded. Do not entrust your loved ones to any establishment associated with this horrible funeral home. My father, Juan Guillen, deserved more respect. - ()

Why not put the obituary on this site? It would be so helpful to people not living in El Reno to inform them of a friend's departure, especially if they are not sure if the information they have 'heard,' is true or not. - ()

I was a very close friend to the Violas "Fly" Boyd Family. I want all of your employees and directors just how greatful I am to you for helping this very heart striken family. They loved their family member and they neded peace. You gave them that. You ladies and gentlemna have the biggest hearts, somewhat you do not see anymore. I will be passing on the word through my church and family and friends just how big your hearts are. Continue doing what you are doing and God will continue to bless you. You performed a wonderful service and graveside burial, I was honored that you had the heart to help them, because they had no other place to turn, and God blessed them with you. Thank you so much. God Bless all of you! Thank you so very much. - ()
