Callous and unprofessional. They made a difficult time that much harder by their lack of helpfulness, lack of compassion and lack of respect shown to our family and our deceased loved one. I can give many examples but the three most hurtful were never offering their condolences to our family, never calling to let us know the cremation was complete, and, the most serious of the three, shipping our loved one's ashes to us in a used shoe box.
