Dear Sarah Jensen and the Palmer Bush Jensen Delta Chapel Team: Thank you so much for your assistance in preparing the arrangements for the funeral and the burial of my husband and our father. Excellent and compassionate special touches helped us deal with his passing. Our family is very happy and pleased with all services and had complete understanding of each one. We will be recommending Palmer Bush Jensen Delta Chapel to other family members and friends when the need arises. Thank you again, The Proseus family - ()

Believe Mr. Cutmyer is trying to slander the name of a very reputable business for his own personal enjoyment. This is a family owner business who cares about all the families they serve. - ()

you need to update your records. This funeral home has been closed for over 20 years, it is now a private home. - ()

We had a horrible experience with this funeral home. My parents bought lots there over 50 years ago when the cemetery and funeral home were one...Palms Memorial...but had since moved away. Trying to make arrangements with them to receive my dad's body and set up a grave side service were ridiculous. Unnecessary stress at a difficult time. Our local funeral director, who was handling the immediate details, was dumbfounded. We have one remaining plot for my mother but will not deal with them again! If I could give less than one star I would. - ()

Community Funeral Home provided excellent service during the homegoing of my father in law, E. James Reddick. Their compassion & consideration of the family's requests was greatly appreciated. We thank Mr.Todd Harris and his staff for their service and highly recommend them for others when the need arises.; - ()

My family has used this funeral home for over 50 years. We have alway been very pleased with their service and the fact that they always remember us. They are very accomodating, take the time necessary for us to get family in from out of town. Also the last time we used them another family member was thinking we should go to another place because she was told they were less expensive. As it turned out Spiker-Foster-Shriver was the least expensive of the 4 places she called. I would highly reccoment them to anyone in need. - ()

I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. The man running the place is the rudest person I've ever met. He started taking flowers off my Nanny's casket and packing her up while we were still in the funeral home crying. He and his staff made laying my Nanny to rest an absolutely horrible experience. - ()

They did not provide the service they should have. I had a write obit and get death certificate signed. When I confronted them about the service I was told to take my father somewhere else. This was two days before the service. Obit didn't get in paper until the day before and many people didn't know about Dad's death until after the service. Nobody should be treated the way I was treated. So beware if you take your loved ones here because you'll probably get less than you bargained for. - ()

They have staff that are not knowledgeable about Jewish customs. The funeral director yelled at my daughter during the gravesite funeral when she wanted a moment alone to say goodbye to her father. They are extremely rude and unhelpful. I would NEVER suggest using this funeral home to anyone! - ()

Short and sweet; this is a business obviously under the influence of a caring mother and grandmother. Mrs. Williams cares more about getting your family through a difficult time than she does about how much you're spending. A mortuary is no place to visit but if you must, go where they care and where you won't get taken advantage of. - ()

My name is Barbara Beaulier, My Mother Eliza Lint past away Jan of this year, I did not attend , But did in May of this year when She was laid to rest at Coboro Rd. In Stetson. I made my Mother Eliza a very large spray of flowers to go on her Casket, They were there in Jan at Crosby's. So When Moma was buried in May I thought the Spray would come with her to the grave. I ask my sister where is Moma's flowers, Brenda said I don't know. I then ask Mike Crosby where is my Mother's spray. He was not sure at first what I was asking, He then said oh yes, I will go now & Get them, I said don't worry now. You can bring it back before the week is out, I was down to Stetson this past week, And guess what. That's right my Mother's very large Red & White roses & palm with wisterias were not there. ?????. Mr. Crosby I'm asking that you deliver my Mother Eliza Lint's Flowers, To the Coboro Rd. Stetson. Thanks >>> Barbara Beaulier. Portage , Maine - ()

Terrible greedy money makers. My 21 yr old daughter died and the only concern was selling us two more plots at discount rate. But better her it now or somebody else could buy it and ur daughter would be by a stranger. They pushed my husband to buy two more plots for our daughters who are young and not know what there future is. I paid for a stone after a year of grief just two weeks ago. I paid up front and did not get a discount as promised. Every question I had as BOB was helping me go over my design was "not a good idea" it STILL is sitting on someone's desk not even ordered! Never ever again. I'm requesting a refund!! They got my 5 thousand and sitting on it! - ()

I have attended several funerals at your chapel within several months. Facilities are excellent but would like to make a suggestion. For the funerals that have an overflow into the foyer there should be some kind of audio so all can hear the services. Also, additional chairs set up for old people like me who cannot stand for a long period of time. Only suggestions but sure would help. - ()

My family has been going to Ingrassia funeral Home since my grandfather's passing in the early 80's. Anthony Ingrassia and his wife are wonderful people, very caring and helpful. We will use there services as long as my family lives in NY state. - ()

Nothing like making a difficult time harder. My friend was buried yesterday and Tom, the owner of this funeral home told the deceased's best friend that he was going to hell and that he, as well as myself and other friends and family members were not welcome at the burial per the request of people that did not pay for the services. Later they apologized and said they didn't realize who had paid them but its too late. My friend is in the ground and we did not get to attend the burial. - ()
