Everyone at Richmond Hill Funeral Home were professional and took care of all the details. I like that they are family owned. I liked their prices too. - ()

I would like to thank Freeman Funeral Home for the way they help me get thru the grief of my sister, Nancy Joan Pierce. I was not able to attend her home going, as I had been sick with an illness and not able to travel. Loved the tribute video they put out about her. I want to thank Cindy especially for always being there to answer my questions. I order several video to send to brother and sister as we were not able to attend. Again a big thank you. - ()

It's taken me a while to be able to get my feelings together. With a loss of a grandmother is hard enough. But the horrible work that was done on my grandma is traumatic I'm an EMT so I'm not weak, but to see the string hanging out of her nose really! I'm so sorry grandma that you were taken there this is not the way someone wants to see their loved one Ortiz funeral home on 72nd in NYC stay away - ()

My mom recently reposed at your Whitestone facility. Your personell showed kindness and attention to details and this was most appreciated. However, we feel that this home is in need of updating, cleaning and painting. Thank you for the opportunity to express my concerns - ()

Dear Family Members: This is a note from Bernetta Ramsey. She is the granddaughter of Cora Vee Robinson. Cora was the daughter of Bertram Thomas Blakey Sr's half-brother(Aaron Herron(Herring)). She explains what happened when they used Spriggs & Watson Funeral Home to bury her grandmother last Fall. We are both asking the Pittsburgh Blakey Family and friends to take this into consideration when having to choose a Funeral Home to bury a loved one. "My grandma Cora Robinson died on September 13,2012 we had went to Spriggs and Watson for them to do the services Mr. Anderson is the person that we dealt with he owed us a refund that we didn't get November we talked to him on several different times was told we would get the refund. So our next step was to send a certified letter which he didn't accept so had to paid extra money for a constable to serve him. We had to take him to Magistrate January 24,2013 which he didn't even show up the Judge ruled in our favor. Why he felt that he should keep more than he was to get I don't know showed us he's a shaddy man" Thank You - ()

I feel that I must say that the Mertz Funeral Home staff must be the best and most dedicated in their field. During the last 6 months my family has lost both of our parents and an aunt who was vfery close to all of us. The staff at Metz took care of so many things and helped us with all of the details that they knew we would be unfamiliar with. They were great! - ()

Although my mother pre-planned her funeral, there were still a few decisions to be made. I'm pleased to say that Tim McLoone of Huff and Lakjer immediately put me and my husband at ease, and that everything concerning the memorial went just as smoothly as we hoped. I feel very confident in recommending Huff and Lakjer to anyone in need of such services. - ()

You need to update your website, can't find any obituary on your site. Plus you need to learn how to spell Funeral, instead of Funlera at the top of your web page. Whoever answers your phone needs some schooling on manners, VERY RUDE!!!!! - ()

Yesterday, 01/16/13 I went to the funeral of a good friend. By the end of the funeral I felt really sorry for the family. there seemed to be no sympathy or empathy by the ones who were conducting the service it was quite cold and strictly buisness like. My wife was to sing for the funeral and they lost her accompanyment CD. I will never even suggest that anyone use this funeral home. the only reason I even gave them a one rating is that they did at least get my friend buried. - ()
