Brown's Funeral Service took care of my mother's service and it was absolutely beautiful. They were very courteous and professional, which made the situation very pleasant. Thank you so much. I recommend them to all the residents of Brunswick and surrounding counties. Job very well done! - ()

This establishment is an absolute farce and you should refrain from doing any business with them. They failed to secure a priest for my fathers funeral and seemed lost as to how to rectify their failure at our greatest moment of need. The general manager, Todd Noecker stayed in the office and did nothing to help. Our family is deeply disappointed with the lack of professionalism and care we were afforded. Do not entrust your loved ones to any establishment associated with this horrible funeral home. My father, Juan Guillen, deserved more respect. - ()

Why not put the obituary on this site? It would be so helpful to people not living in El Reno to inform them of a friend's departure, especially if they are not sure if the information they have 'heard,' is true or not. - ()

I was a very close friend to the Violas "Fly" Boyd Family. I want all of your employees and directors just how greatful I am to you for helping this very heart striken family. They loved their family member and they neded peace. You gave them that. You ladies and gentlemna have the biggest hearts, somewhat you do not see anymore. I will be passing on the word through my church and family and friends just how big your hearts are. Continue doing what you are doing and God will continue to bless you. You performed a wonderful service and graveside burial, I was honored that you had the heart to help them, because they had no other place to turn, and God blessed them with you. Thank you so much. God Bless all of you! Thank you so very much. - ()

Oh! man please don't use this company. They switched on us at the last minute and we had the funeral at one of there chapel it was horrid, old and a man played the old run down piano. They gave us only one wreath for my brother and no more. Especially with the money upfront that she wanted, they could have done better than that.It didn't show they cared. Just greedy - ()

My family member has been gone for a year now but it still hurts. What hurts is that this Funeral home Director name Vicky jackson tried to get more money from my dead family member and tried to get more money from the family and the government. No paperwork was done correctly for his death with the government no honors as she said. They kept giving us a whammy prior to the viewing and the burial please don't use this company (RUNNNNNNN) - ()

DON'T TRUST Funeral Director (Manager) SHARON HARVEY of Thompson Funeral Home Port Gibson MS!!!!!!! On April 18th 2012 we met with Sharon to make arrangements for Anna May Johnson. The necessary forms were signed for the insurance company, and a cash balance was paid on April 20th 2012. Funeral Services were OK. (not the worst-not the best)!! At the request of Sharon Harvey an additional assignment of 2,000.00 (from an additional insurance policy) was to be sent to the funeral home and she in turn would send that money to us. The isurance company has verified that they did indeed send a check to Sharon Harvey, and when we lasted spoke in July of 2012 she PROMISED to send a money order. Since than (it is now October) Sharon Harvey has not sent a money order, or returned any messages or phone calls!!!! This woman has done nothing but add STRESS to an already emotional family event!!!! To make matters worst the woman who passed was a close friend to Sharon Harvey's grandmother the original owner of Thompson Funeral Home!!!!! - ()

My experience with Duane E Harvey funeral home was compassionate, patient, and kind. Our mother was our jewel and they treated her as such. We appreciated all their help. - ()

My family had a terrible experience at the J Allen Hooper Funeral Home. Calls and e-mails were rarely returned, even to answer the most simple questions. The person helping us actually complained to us that he was overworked. My grandmother looked terrible at the viewing and the makeup was literally cracking off of her hands. I know it was not "her" but we ended up deciding to close the casket because they did such a terrible job. I would avoid this one at all costs. - ()
