Was called in to work on their Generator during hurricane Sandy. Generator is very old and parts would be difficult to find. located parts and found generator has furthr problems that dont warrent going any furthr. Customer does not return phone calls for payment. Made three calls to office and asnwering service keeps giving messages to client. No replies to messages inturn customer is avoiding payment for services provided. Poor business ethics.

Short and sweet; this is a business obviously under the influence of a caring mother and grandmother. Mrs. Williams cares more about getting your family through a difficult time than she does about how much you're spending. A mortuary is no place to visit but if you must, go where they care and where you won't get taken advantage of.

Recently had an uncle pass in southern California and Hems Brothers went above and beyond in their handling of my uncles service and cremation.The lady on the phone that spoke with myself and my mother was very pleasant and helpful in providing us with all the information we needed. Even went as far as too call my mother and let her know her flowers had arrived in time for the service. Would highly recommend them in anyone's time of need. 5 Star. I did not catch the young ladies name but she should deserves a raise. Thanks again!

I will forever be thanking for this funeral home. When my dad passed suddenly. I had no idea what i was doing. I called this funeral home and Peter helped me in every which way possible. He made things just a little bit easier for me. At such a difficult time!
