Columbus, Georgia
I hope I did not send a personal message to a friend which will appear in Morgan Jeffer's book on line. If I did, could you delete it. It was not nice and i would not want anyone to read it.

Dwight, Illinois
I tried to leave a condolence message for the Bennington family, but could only find where I could leave a card for $6.90. I will try later, but was disappointed that I couldn't since we will be out of town for the service.

Rochester, New York
The Spronz family thanks you from the bottom of our hearts. During a difficult time the Harris family, especially Rick Jr., were absolutely wonderful, professional, compassionate, kind and considerate. We experienced some difficulties with the hospital, and I can't say enough about Rick for stepping up, taking charge, getting answers and helping us through the process. There is no place I would rather pay respects to our dear angel Emily Isabella more, than at Harris Funeral Home. When the time comes all our family will work with Harris and we recommend them above all others to everyone needing funeral arrangements.

Jacksonville, Florida
I can only speak for my own personal experience; our family member died unexpectedly and penniless. Unfortunately, we had to go thru the indigent program for our family member's end of life plans. --This mortuary treated us like less than second class citizens and worthless bums. -- They didn't return phone calls in a timely manner, if at all. Treated us as if they were personally doing us a favor. Paid nearly no attention to details. No empathy, concern or even the slightest bit of professionalism exhibited by the pretentious undertaker who was very aloof and uncaring as well as the administrative assistant who was just down right rude and very defensive and acted as if we were bothering her or taking up her time. -- The mortuary itself, is smelly, dirty and extremely out-dated.

Fort Lee, New Jersey
The owner, Frank Patti, is an egomaniac and controlling asshole, has quite a track record fired from Lebers in 1967, indicted on embezzlement charges placed on cease/desist order from 1975 to 1981 from Volks, sells caskets for Batesville horrifying funeral directors in New Jersey and New York for 6 years and claims hes better than anyone within 300 miles. Frank, a survey was taken, you along with Peter Kulbacki, Richard Holle, Bruce VanTassel, Bart Brazinski and Scott Nimmo, voted most hated funeral directors in New Jersey.
