Your computer system is of no value, other than posting you phone number. I wasn't able to use it to find a funeral let alone the obituary. totally unacceptable.

I can not find the obituary of Robert E Thompson whom you have the services for Mar 9. I never saw a funeral home website that did not list the obituaries.

We recently lost our mother due to complications after an unexpected surgery. What a shock! It was devastating. Anyone who has been through the loss of a loved one knows it is a daunting and overwhelming experience. We were all dreading the trip to the funeral home to start the process of putting mom to rest. However, Barb and the incredible staff at Swan-Law made the experience as painless as possible. The staff was professional, thoughtful and most of all genuine. Yes, guiding you through the process is their job. However, each person we dealt with was sincere, gentle and understanding.
The on-site reception room we opted to use after the memorial was perfect. It was so easy to have guests simply cross the hall to visit and share stories about mom. We were not pressured to use the room, it was simply offered. Barb also suggested a very modest menu that fit our needs perfectly.
My father is so happy with the service and attention we received, he plans on making pre-arrangements for his memorial with Swan-Law's pre-planning service. We shed plenty of tears planning mom's services, but were surprised to also share quite a few smiles and laughs at the same time. I would highly recommend using the Swan-Law for your funeral/memorial needs.

I am so unpleased with this company just as well as the preparation of my mother. The did not prepare her at all based on the information i found out in regards to embalming, just as well as their unprofessionalism in regards to getting my mother's ashes. The receptionist, and host of others i talk too keep giving me the run around. After just having services 6/09/2012 you would think that they would show more sympathy when a family member call in regards to following up as stated with a prior call. I would not recommend this funeral home to no one. They suck.
