Funeral Home Reviews
Rochester, New York
The Spronz family thanks you from the bottom of our hearts. During a difficult time the Harris family, especially Rick Jr., were absolutely wonderful, professional, compassionate, kind and considerate. We experienced some difficulties with the hospital, and I can't say enough about Rick for stepping up, taking charge, getting answers and helping us through the process. There is no place I would rather pay respects to our dear angel Emily Isabella more, than at Harris Funeral Home. When the time comes all our family will work with Harris and we recommend them above all others to everyone needing funeral arrangements.

They did not provide the service they should have. I had a write obit and get death certificate signed. When I confronted them about the service I was told to take my father somewhere else. This was two days before the service. Obit didn't get in paper until the day before and many people didn't know about Dad's death until after the service. Nobody should be treated the way I was treated. So beware if you take your loved ones here because you'll probably get less than you bargained for.

Chris and Suzy Biecker who own M-C are the most caring and compassionate people I have ever been blessed to meet. I walked into M-C the day after my husband passed away unexpectedly and was met by Chris, who helped my son and I through everything. In the short three days between meeting Chris to the day we buried my husband, I can honestly say that I came to love these people. The service they provide is not just a job to them or a source of income... they do it because they care and want to make this process as easy as possible for the family. I urge anyone whose time it comes to deal with having to make funeral arrangements for a loved one to go to M-C... there is no way to make grief an easy experience to go through, but folks like Chris and Suzy and their staff help so much to make it bearable.
