Was called in to work on their Generator during hurricane Sandy. Generator is very old and parts would be difficult to find. located parts and found generator has furthr problems that dont warrent going any furthr. Customer does not return phone calls for payment. Made three calls to office and asnwering service keeps giving messages to client. No replies to messages inturn customer is avoiding payment for services provided. Poor business ethics.

I LEARNED MY UNCLE ....MARVIN PARKS MEDLIN..OR SOMETIMES KNOW AS "COTY" PASSED AWAY AND WAS CREMATED AROUND APRIL 14 15 OR 16 2013 . HIS CHILDREN ARE DAVID AND CHERYL. I HAVE LOST CONTACT WITH THEM OVER THE YEARS AND DO NOT KNOW THERE PHONE NUMBERS OR ADDRESSES AFTER MOVING TO OROFINO ID. AL I KNOW IS HIS LAST ADDRESS WAS ON OROFINO CREEK RD THERE IN OROFINO. this place tried to charge me 3900$ for a simple cremation he said n then we can choose an urn... at this point i laughed and said i just had my dad cremated at 700$, no thanks n hung up... if i could give minus stars i would

Chris and Suzy Biecker who own M-C are the most caring and compassionate people I have ever been blessed to meet. I walked into M-C the day after my husband passed away unexpectedly and was met by Chris, who helped my son and I through everything. In the short three days between meeting Chris to the day we buried my husband, I can honestly say that I came to love these people. The service they provide is not just a job to them or a source of income... they do it because they care and want to make this process as easy as possible for the family. I urge anyone whose time it comes to deal with having to make funeral arrangements for a loved one to go to M-C... there is no way to make grief an easy experience to go through, but folks like Chris and Suzy and their staff help so much to make it bearable.

Avoid this place if you can. My sister-in-law used this place and wow, they don t know what they are doing. She went in to make arrangements and they took her into the embalming room to look for something!!! Unprofessional. As the funeral ended at the cemetery, the funeral director handed her the bill and went over the charges!! This should have waited. Come on, right after she buried her dad. UNPROFESSIONAL!. Then to top it off, the death certificate was filled out incorrectly. Copies had been made and distributed to several agencies. Then it was discovered the SS number had been her mothers!! WOW talk about incompetence. They need to take a course on dealing with customers and how to run a funeral home. Go to Reed City instead.
