Funeral Home Reviews
Buffalo, New York
I feel that I must say that the Mertz Funeral Home staff must be the best and most dedicated in their field. During the last 6 months my family has lost both of our parents and an aunt who was vfery close to all of us. The staff at Metz took care of so many things and helped us with all of the details that they knew we would be unfamiliar with. They were great!

Ozone Park - Queens, New York
Very bad experience. Funeral Director wasn't compassionate, and acted like my friend's young daughter was a dog, the way he talked about her and the service. Very bad bedside manner.

how about posting a link to the St George Stanton funeral home website!

Rochester, New York
The Spronz family thanks you from the bottom of our hearts. During a difficult time the Harris family, especially Rick Jr., were absolutely wonderful, professional, compassionate, kind and considerate. We experienced some difficulties with the hospital, and I can't say enough about Rick for stepping up, taking charge, getting answers and helping us through the process. There is no place I would rather pay respects to our dear angel Emily Isabella more, than at Harris Funeral Home. When the time comes all our family will work with Harris and we recommend them above all others to everyone needing funeral arrangements.

Ridgewood - Queens, New York
Even though it was an extremely difficult time for our family, our experience at Morton Funeral Home/Ridgewood Chapels, was extraordinary. From my first phone call with the Funeral Director, Mr. Lanza up to and including the morning at the gravesite, the Director was compassionate, professional and generated an outstanding example of what true customer service should be. Unfortunately, I did have experiences with other funeral homes during my lifetime, and they met my expectations to a degree, but I have never had such a pleasant and comfortable and dignified experience as I and my family did at the recent wake of our beloved, departed brother and uncle. Should you need these type of services, I would highly recommend Morton/Ridgewood Chapels. I would like to thank Mr. Lanza and his Staff for meeting and exceeding our expectations!
