Funeral Home Reviews
Palmyra, New York
I was honored to have my wife's funeral service handled by this funeral home. The facility is a historic house in a historic town. The house is kept in A-1 condition and feels like a home not a funeral chapel. Many of the folks that attended the calling hours commented on how the presentation was as it made you think your were just visiting an old freind. We also had several small childern in the family who were there and the staff took care of thier needs by providing coloring books and reading material in a seperate room off from the main viewing room. They attended to the childern while the family was allowed to visit with guests. I was very very impressed by the professionalism of the staff from the time they came to pick up the remains to the constent contct with us to know if there was anything that could be done. I would highly recommend this funeral home to anyone who is looking to pre arrange a funeral or have the need for one at the time of the passing of a loved one.

The Spronz family thanks you from the bottom of our hearts. During a difficult time the Harris family, especially Rick Jr., were absolutely wonderful, professional, compassionate, kind and considerate. We experienced some difficulties with the hospital, and I can't say enough about Rick for stepping up, taking charge, getting answers and helping us through the process. There is no place I would rather pay respects to our dear angel Emily Isabella more, than at Harris Funeral Home. When the time comes all our family will work with Harris and we recommend them above all others to everyone needing funeral arrangements.

Wantagh, New York
My family and I went to Charles J. O'Shea funeral home in Wantagh and were treated with the upmost respect from the initial phone call. My Grandmother was very sick, which worried us, but she looked fantastic. We gave them our most memorable pictures of her and they made a beautiful slideshow. During the visitation the staff was accommodating and always in sight if we needed anything. After church the limousine driver had coffee and rolls for us. These little touches made all the differences in our great time of loss.
