They have staff that are not knowledgeable about Jewish customs. The funeral director yelled at my daughter during the gravesite funeral when she wanted a moment alone to say goodbye to her father. They are extremely rude and unhelpful. I would NEVER suggest using this funeral home to anyone!

The couches were stained and all sagging and the carpeting was worn out. My Aunt who is elderly asked if I would help her and the Gentleman was kind to her but he kept switching prices midstream she was confused and I ask that he please leave the room to discuss further. I spoke to my Aunt and as I looked over by the door he was standing and eavesdropping. Needless to say we left it was very unsettling experience. I cannot remember his name but he was older wore glasses and smelled of Cigars. Outside the place looks lovely but once inside it is a timewarp
