Over the years I've pondered the meaning of trials and sorrow that my loved ones or I have endured. Some believe there are lessons to learn from hardship. I agree. I have never in my life been so DISGUSTED with a business. Absolute lack of class, dignity, honor, and respect! The proprietor made us feel second class - like we were a burden to his busy schedule, and business - rushing through details like we were in line for a burger and fries! He even made us feel like we were holding him up, like what he was doing was a favor for us. How can anyone remain in business without some empathy at a families time of suffering, and need for compassionate patience is beyond me. If I could rate him lower than 1 I would. And parking was terrible.

You need to update your website, can't find any obituary on your site. Plus you need to learn how to spell Funeral, instead of Funlera at the top of your web page. Whoever answers your phone needs some schooling on manners, VERY RUDE!!!!!

I was very disappointed in this funeral home. I think they have a communication problem inside the funeral home. The owner was told not to do my moms makeup but when I arrived to do her hair and makeup I did not recognize my mom. A man must have applied the makeup because my mom looked like a clown. This was not the only problem we had. I would not recommend this funeral home to anyone. They make too many mistakes. A grieving family doesn't need additional stress...thought it was the duty of a funeral home to help relieve stress....not this one.
