I have never in my life been so DISGUSTED with a business. Absolute lack of class, dignity, honor, and respect! The proprietor made us feel second class - like we were a burden to his busy schedule, and business - rushing through details like we were in line for a burger and fries! He even made us feel like we were holding him up, like what he was doing was a favor for us. How can anyone remain in business without some empathy at a families time of suffering, and need for compassionate patience is beyond me. If I could rate him lower than 1 I would. And parking was terrible.

We laid out my Uncle at this place and it was disgusting to say the least! The smell of Cigarettes was over whelming when you walked in the door and it is very dated. The couches were stained and all sagging and the carpeting was worn out. My Aunt who is elderly asked if I would help her and the Gentleman was kind to her but he kept switching prices midstream she was confused and I ask that he please leave the room to discuss further. I spoke to my Aunt and as I looked over by the door he was standing and eavesdropping. Needless to say we left it was very unsettling experience. I cannot remember his name but he was older wore glasses and smelled of Cigars. Outside the place looks lovely but once inside it is a timewarp

Dear Sarah Jensen and the Palmer Bush Jensen Delta Chapel Team: Thank you so much for your assistance in preparing the arrangements for the funeral and the burial of my husband and our father. Excellent and compassionate special touches helped us deal with his passing. Our family is very happy and pleased with all services and had complete understanding of each one. We will be recommending Palmer Bush Jensen Delta Chapel to other family members and friends when the need arises. Thank you again, The Proseus family
