Preparation and Service was fine. Follow-up was neglected: failed to get death certificate in a timely manner (nearly a month); failed to send pre-ordered and paid-for videos (nearly 3 months); and failed to add a Grave Marker on grave (still not done).

The funeral home director took money for a tomb stone that he never provided evidence was purchased. My mother wrote a check for 500 and never got the tombstone for my uncle's grave. She trusted the funeral home director. I hope he makes good on the fiduciary agreement.

I would like to thank Freeman Funeral Home for the way they help me get thru the grief of my sister, Nancy Joan Pierce. I was not able to attend her home going, as I had been sick with an illness and not able to travel. Loved the tribute video they put out about her. I want to thank Cindy especially for always being there to answer my questions. I order several video to send to brother and sister as we were not able to attend. Again a big thank you.
