Lousy ! ALWAYS A TURN OVER OF SALES REPS OR ANY EMPLOYEE! They come and go. Not compassionate at all!

Craig Funeral Home has the most professional staff in the area. They also went out of their way to accommodate my family. If you are thinking about another funeral home then look no further. They are the best, hands down!

I cannot recommend this funeral home at all. The older gentleman who runs it has zero compassion. He talked about how he didn't like the job, couldn't wait to retire, showed off his new watch. The thing that really still bothers me is at the cemetery he was standing behind the navy guard handing me a flag with paperwork in hand, I don't remember the navy mans speech as I was being distracted by this sims guy leaning over his shoulder waiting for him to get done. The minute the guard handed me the flag and left there was this man handing me a flag holder and thanking me for my business. My daughter had broken down on my shoulder when the flag was presented, and I couldn't even comfort her because this guy was in such a rush to get out of there, I had to u hug my daughter to accept the paper work. Everyone noticed but because of the situation didn't intercede. It was appealing, and that's the memory Of my husbands service I'm stuck with. I had to leave the room several times during the planning stage because of his insensitivity, and let my sister speak for me. I looked a headstones there but was so mad at this man I decided to choose one later, and I'm glad I did. I went to wire grass memorial for the headstone and was quoted a price two and a half times cheaper and nicer then the one sims quoted me. I highly recommend speaking to wiregrass memorial before going to sims. They don't do the service but can tell you who is good or not.

We had a horrible experience with this funeral home. My parents bought lots there over 50 years ago when the cemetery and funeral home were one...Palms Memorial...but had since moved away. Trying to make arrangements with them to receive my dad's body and set up a grave side service were ridiculous. Unnecessary stress at a difficult time. Our local funeral director, who was handling the immediate details, was dumbfounded. We have one remaining plot for my mother but will not deal with them again! If I could give less than one star I would.

This funeral home sucks! I paid too much for a cremation here ($1695) and found out I overpaid by almost a $1000. What bothers me the most is the lack of compassion Barry Brewer has. It seemed like it was just business without any heart. The whole funeral home smelled so bad the first time I walked in there that I could hardly breathe. Do yourself a favor and find a different funeral home, because this one is just awful. Overpriced, not compassionate at all and smells horrible.
