i would have to say i was very disappointed in the services just due to the lack of communication with the mortuary and barrial ground after all the families been through we couldnt even morn and bary my co-workers cousin god rest her soul. the services were held on feb. 2,2013 at glendale forest lawn her name was felicidad santa maria, i speak for myself and hopefully the family in say i was very disappointed

i would never recommend your services to any one. the way you made my brother in law look was horrible! your staff was rude with no compassion to any family members or our guests during our grief..you should have a 0 for your rate!

The staff at Willow Glen Funeral Home treated my family like we were their family. they were kind, sympathetic and bent over backwards for us. if you want a small funeral home...this is it. its like being at home and not in a mortuary.
