My parents passed away recently. We used stevens funeral home both times. For my fathers memorial they rushed us and cut the memorial short by 35 minutes. People showed up after we were rushed out of there... They didnt allow people to get up and speak about my father because they were in such a hurry for us to leave early. We paid ahead of time for burial of the urns... After 3 months there is still no name on the burial site, even though plaques were paid for ahead of time.... Wish we would have gone elsewhere! Very unhappy! Also the building is very small and not well set up to have a funeral.

Laura Sussman is the most compassionate person. She has the most difficult job and yet she does it with great poise and all effortlessly. Laura knows her bussiness well and is incredible at her job. She was always available to talk and ask questions and took care of everything you asked her. She made you feel at ease and comfortable knowing that your loved one would be taken care of with the most tender loving care. I highly recommend Kraft-Sussman to everyone.

They were friendly at first, but showed no attention to detail, they sent or Father's remains to the wrong address then stuck us with the bill to get his remains back, basically they said there were done and told us to call Fed Ex to pay and have them ship the remains to the correct address. When a loved one dies it is already a trying time, then when the funeral home you deal with makes it even harder with no compassion or willingness to fix there mistake it's just unimaginable. I would Not recommended anyone to use Desert memorial services if you want good compassionate correct service!

We recently lost our mother due to complications after an unexpected surgery. What a shock! It was devastating. Anyone who has been through the loss of a loved one knows it is a daunting and overwhelming experience. We were all dreading the trip to the funeral home to start the process of putting mom to rest. However, Barb and the incredible staff at Swan-Law made the experience as painless as possible. The staff was professional, thoughtful and most of all genuine. Yes, guiding you through the process is their job. However, each person we dealt with was sincere, gentle and understanding.
The on-site reception room we opted to use after the memorial was perfect. It was so easy to have guests simply cross the hall to visit and share stories about mom. We were not pressured to use the room, it was simply offered. Barb also suggested a very modest menu that fit our needs perfectly.
My father is so happy with the service and attention we received, he plans on making pre-arrangements for his memorial with Swan-Law's pre-planning service. We shed plenty of tears planning mom's services, but were surprised to also share quite a few smiles and laughs at the same time. I would highly recommend using the Swan-Law for your funeral/memorial needs.
