Was called in to work on their Generator during hurricane Sandy. Generator is very old and parts would be difficult to find. located parts and found generator has furthr problems that dont warrent going any furthr. Customer does not return phone calls for payment. Made three calls to office and asnwering service keeps giving messages to client. No replies to messages inturn customer is avoiding payment for services provided. Poor business ethics.

Death, although a natural and accepted part of life is not something we are prepared to handle alone. Being an only child whose mother had already died, when my grandmother died a few months ago, my daughter and myself found strength, understanding and yes, compassion in the most unexpected place. My daughter, Alana, was the pillar of the family at this time.
She held us all together! But to my surprise and delight, God blessed this family with a blessing in the form of Mr. Don Brown. Mr. Brown is a businessman, of course. Mr. Brown is also a man of much compassion and understanding. He stood by this family and helped us through a very difficult time. We made informed decisions. He forced nothing on us we did not want. We were given choices. He led us through a very sad time without making us feel sad, frightened or just lacking of knowledge. When we were about to loose it at times, he would redirect us to happier thoughts of times with our loved one. Mr. Brown never made this family feel only the wealthy could have beautiful services. And not once did he attempt to force on us what we could not afford. The service was beautiful and all of his employees were professional in dress and behavior and all possessed a compassionate swagger that touched this family's heart and will always be remembered. I recommend this company 100%

The staff at Willow Glen Funeral Home treated my family like we were their family. they were kind, sympathetic and bent over backwards for us. if you want a small funeral home...this is it. its like being at home and not in a mortuary.

I'd like to personally thank Christian Funeral Directors for performing the funeral services for my father Ethel Webb Jr.in November 2003. They are economically priced, compassionate and professional. I am a member of the Church of Christ and proud of the representation of this fine establishment. Not very Happy with Raymond Funeral Home. Was subcontracted to do Date Cuttings for him . He still owes our Company $110.00 He will not return our phone calls, ignores us. You took the money for these date cuts and now cant pay us for the work we did. Shame on you. It's really sad that you up charge these grieving people for date cuts & then cant pay people for real work they do. You could at least return phone calls.... & state why you cant pay. I hope many people read this review and Don't Use Your Services. Beware ...........
