RUDE - I just called to ask how to get to the FH by train and the person who answered the phone acted like I was an idiot. Not cool.

I recently attended a funeral service on a 90 degree day and the funeral director did not provide air conditioning to the family and relatives attending the funeral. When I inquired as to why there was no AC on, the funeral director said it was broken. He further stated why was I asking now when the funeral was coming to a close. His attitude was dismissive and he lied because I felt air coming from one vent located in the entry of the funeral room. I would never recommend this funeral service as their customer service clearly is lacking.

If ever there was a job made for the person it would be Curtis. He help us in so many ways and thought of things that we did not . It is not easy to plan from long distance but Curtis did a remarkable job.Made us feel comforable and took a lot of the burden off our shoulders. God Bless you .

TLPickens Mortuary Services has been there for our family in some of our worst moments. The loss my grandmother, Omega Williams. The sudden deaths of my cousin Darian Clark and dear friend Elaine Wright. Almost unable to focus, Mr.Pickens was outstanding with all the arrangements. I can't thank him enough for all he has done.
