In addition, Lance was available 24/7 and kept us inform daily along with great communication with everyone involved. Our family was so impressed with the way they took over things in a professional manner and helped us with our sorrow, along with willing to accommodate our traditions. Neil O'Donnel Mortuary is the worst choice. If you wont your love one looking like Frankenstien then you will like them. They got lost and left the funeral party at the church for one hour, after the mass had ended. We sat there dumbfounded for one hour. use anyone but them.
