Funeral Home Reviews

Death, although a natural and accepted part of life is not something we are prepared to handle alone. Being an only child whose mother had already died, when my grandmother died a few months ago, my daughter and myself found strength, understanding and yes, compassion in the most unexpected place. My daughter, Alana, was the pillar of the family at this time. She held us all together! But to my surprise and delight, God blessed this family with a blessing in the form of Mr. Don Brown. Mr. Brown is a businessman, of course. Mr. Brown is also a man of much compassion and understanding. He stood by this family and helped us through a very difficult time. We made informed decisions. He forced nothing on us we did not want. We were given choices. He led us through a very sad time without making us feel sad, frightened or just lacking of knowledge. When we were about to loose it at times, he would redirect us to happier thoughts of times with our loved one. Mr. Brown never made this family feel only the wealthy could have beautiful services. And not once did he attempt to force on us what we could not afford. The service was beautiful and all of his employees were professional in dress and behavior and all possessed a compassionate swagger that touched this family's heart and will always be remembered. I recommend this company 100%

Oh! man please don't use this company. They switched on us at the last minute and we had the funeral at one of there chapel it was horrid, old and a man played the old run down piano. They gave us only one wreath for my brother and no more. Especially with the money upfront that she wanted, they could have done better than that.It didn't show they cared. Just greedy

Chris and Suzy Biecker who own M-C are the most caring and compassionate people I have ever been blessed to meet. I walked into M-C the day after my husband passed away unexpectedly and was met by Chris, who helped my son and I through everything. In the short three days between meeting Chris to the day we buried my husband, I can honestly say that I came to love these people. The service they provide is not just a job to them or a source of income... they do it because they care and want to make this process as easy as possible for the family. I urge anyone whose time it comes to deal with having to make funeral arrangements for a loved one to go to M-C... there is no way to make grief an easy experience to go through, but folks like Chris and Suzy and their staff help so much to make it bearable.

My parents resting place in the cemetery at Jenkins funeral home has been disturbed by Jenkins building on to the funeral home.He disrepected their graves. Mr Jenkins did not care how the family felt about it. Did not contact the family.

My family is disgusted with this funeral Home ethic and how greedy one of the owners was about my family memeber death.
