DO NOT truths your love ones with Mickeys Funeral Home. Being from out of town I thought they would take good care of my Mother. Was I ever wrong. My Mom had to be sent to another Funeral Home and It took them hours to correct the damages that was done by them. And the Director promised me he would take care of my mother. I figured he would, didnt he have a mom.

It's taken me a while to be able to get my feelings together. With a loss of a grandmother is hard enough. But the horrible work that was done on my grandma is traumatic I'm an EMT so I'm not weak, but to see the string hanging out of her nose really! I'm so sorry grandma that you were taken there this is not the way someone wants to see their loved one Ortiz funeral home on 72nd in NYC stay away

I recently attended a funeral service on a 90 degree day and the funeral director did not provide air conditioning to the family and relatives attending the funeral. When I inquired as to why there was no AC on, the funeral director said it was broken. He further stated why was I asking now when the funeral was coming to a close. His attitude was dismissive and he lied because I felt air coming from one vent located in the entry of the funeral room. I would never recommend this funeral service as their customer service clearly is lacking.
