Funeral Home Reviews
Nunda, New York
Never have I been more horrified then watching the behavior of John Mann the funeral director of the Mann Funeral Home Nunda NY He had total disregard for his own family during the visiting hours for his Mothers funeral. His rage and anger at his son for coming to pay his respects to his grandmother was un called for. What a nightmare Mr. Mann caused. very unprofessional

I drove everyone in the office crazy by calling, asking questions, crying b/c of family issues & EVERYONE tolerated more than they should have. A very special thank you to Phil.

My deepest sympathy to the family of John Jay Schnurer. My heart goes out to the family. I will always remember John Jay with his big smile and always funny whenever he came to the house to see my kids, Dino, Fabio, Andrea and Lisa. He is gone too soon, but God bless him and my prayers are with you. Love from all the Goglia family.

Very bad experience. Funeral Director wasn't compassionate, and acted like my friend's young daughter was a dog, the way he talked about her and the service. Very bad bedside manner.
