horrible experience.

The Spronz family thanks you from the bottom of our hearts. During a difficult time the Harris family, especially Rick Jr., were absolutely wonderful, professional, compassionate, kind and considerate. We experienced some difficulties with the hospital, and I can't say enough about Rick for stepping up, taking charge, getting answers and helping us through the process. There is no place I would rather pay respects to our dear angel Emily Isabella more, than at Harris Funeral Home. When the time comes all our family will work with Harris and we recommend them above all others to everyone needing funeral arrangements.

I recently attended a funeral service on a 90 degree day and the funeral director did not provide air conditioning to the family and relatives attending the funeral. When I inquired as to why there was no AC on, the funeral director said it was broken. He further stated why was I asking now when the funeral was coming to a close. His attitude was dismissive and he lied because I felt air coming from one vent located in the entry of the funeral room. I would never recommend this funeral service as their customer service clearly is lacking.

This review is in regards to Gates Funeral Home. I would not recommend this funeral home as I am fighting with the director over his erroneous bill. I had my husband cremated with a short private service. He is billing me for a casket, embalming, etc. This man was more interested in talking about his daughter and her problems with her husband than he was arrangements for my husband. The day of the service I paid him the cremation fee he told me in front of a witness that he would revise the bill and send it to me. I have received a bill from him for a full funeral service which never took place.
